Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LOAD a hull with cows for the safety of hauliers, says the Road Haulage Association's livestock carriers' group.

In a letter to the Farm Animal Welfare Council it says that a bull which is dangerous' and difficult to load on its own will invariably follow cows into the lorry quietly and docilely.

The two sexes can then be safely partitioned, "You have to make sure you do not have a cow in season," said group secretary Ben McGuire.

The RHA group says that when bulls are loaded under sedation, a signed certificate with the estimated period of sedation should be available to the carrier.
