EVIDENCE that eight of the 12 vehicles operated by George Day's Heart of England Tours are now in a satisfactory condition has led to the West Midlands Traffic Commissioners taking no action against the company's PSV operators licence.
But Day undertook to produce the other four vehicles and any further vehicles he may acquire to vehicle examiners before they are put into service.
