THE EIGHT-VEH1CLE PSV operator's licence held by Felixstowe Omnibuses has been revoked by the Eastern Traffic Commissioners.

The company failed to attend a public sitting after the commissioners gave notice that they were considering taking action against the licence.

Revoking the company's licence, Deputy Chairman Charles Arnold-Baker said the licence should be revoked on two completely separate grounds.

The commissioners were not satisfied that the company met the professional competence requirement as it appeared it has a transport manager who was not of good repute, as he was bankrupt.
