A DRAFT report on working conditions in road transport in the six countries of the E.E.C. has been publiihed by the Commission. The national governments of the six member states have collaborated in producing this report, which is intended as part of the framework of the attempt to create harmonized and equitable social conditions before freeing transport between the states.
Wages,. the length of working periods and occupational qualifications are among the factors reported upon.
