Motors Ltd. for the past four years, Sir Reginald Pearson retired last Friday after 43 -years' service with the company. He first joined Vauxhall in 1919 as a fitter and turner, was successively foreman, area manager, assistant production manager, production manager and works manager, joining the board of the company in 1946. In 1953 he became executive assistant to the managing director and since then has played a large part in maintaining the company's good labour relations.
