EXPERIMENTS have been conducte 1---1 for some time by the Departmer of Scientific and Industrial Rescarc into the possibilities of freezing beer I simplify its handling in bulk.
An official of the Brewers' Societ the body responsible for initiating tF research work, told The Comment, Motor that it had been found possib: to reduce beer to a quarter of its norm; bulk without adversely affecting tF brew.
So far the project had not got beyond the laboratory stage, but t1 work in progress suggested that the bul transport of beer, and possibly of °tin liquids, would one day be by insulate containers instead of by tankers.
