Leicester-based King Trailers was acquired last week by its management from parent company Bousteacl in a fl .5 million deal.
The buy-out is backed by investment capital group 31 and led by managing director Graham Russ, sales director Mark Carrington, technical director John Ingrey and finance director Vinod Thakrar.
King Trailers is one of the UK's largest heavy haulage frailer manufacturers, employing 85 people at its Market Hai-borough site.
It is about to launch a range of single/double extending trombone-type trailers (CM, 13-19 Jan 1994).
