Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Parcels carrier TNT plans to open a second hub at Atherstone by mid-1996, which will more than double its UK volume handling capacity.

The £5.5m development is part of a £50m budget which TNT has earmarked for develop ing its UK hub and depot network in the next three years.

Part of that budget will be spent on a £2.5m extension of TNT's existing hub in Warwickshire.

When the project for the two hubs is complete, Atherstone will have capacity to handle 220,000 parcels every night— currently it handles around 100,000 consignments.

Managing director Tom Bell says that TNT also plans to open five new depots over the next three years.
