5 alking of young bosses, Wincanton has agreed to sponsor the national Institute of Logistics "Young Manager of the Year" award for a second year.
The top young gun gets £1,000 which must be spent on an activity to benefit their career (bribing petty bureaucrats perhaps?) while two runners-up get £250 each.
