Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LEYLAND BUS is extending its Top Cat service scheme for coaches to cover the United Kingdom.

From early this month, any operators will get a replacement vehicle or overnight accom modation for passengers and crew if their Top Cat covered new Leyland coach breaks down and cannot be repaired within a specified time.

All the driver has to do is call one London phone number and let Top Cat do the rest.

Leyland Top Cat will contact the nearest Leyland coach service specialist or one of the Leyland coach repair depots and arrange for whatever is necessary to be done.

Leyland Bus has also made an agreement with Autoglass Windshields and it will now stock windscreen and body glass for Tiger and Royal Tiger coaches bodied by coachbuilders including Van Hool, Plaxtons, Duple and Jonckheere.

The scheme includes an agreement with DKV to extend its service credit card to all new Leyland coaches to enable drivers to obtain assistance without needing to carry large amounts of cash and repairers to be certain of getting paid for work carried out.
