Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NORTH SCOTLAND division of Freight Transport Association made a presentation last month at their annual lunch meeting to Jack Sinclair, founder chairman of FTA's Scottish Region, to mark more than 30 years as an office-bearer.

A native of Orkney, Mr Sinclair retired recently as head of transport at Dundee-based oil refiners, William Briggs and Sons, and from duties with the FTA. He was first chairman of the FTA on their formation more than 20 years ago and has been a council member and committee member of various committees of the FTA and their predecessors for more than 30 years, representing the Tayside area.

He was presented with a carriage clock by members of the North Scotland division.
