The hardwood and steel framed body is finished in sheet aluminium alloy. A roof well has a load capacity of two tons and is used for carrying implements; this well is loaded by a fold-away crane with a 20 cwt. capacity built into the frame of the unit Another use for the roof is as a public address platform.
The back opens to provide a drive-in ramp and can be equipped with steps and handrails for exhibition purposes. Open-down sides can be used individually and provide an additional roofed floor, or if used as a classroom, the entire floor area can be enclosed with detachable canvas sides.
The main floor area of the training unit can accommodate two large farm tractors. A separate compartment serves as an office, and another section is used as sleeping accommodation.
