TRANSPORT manager Mr. J. Rostron has told the Grimsby and Cleethorpes Joint Transport Committee that the undertaking faces a substantial deficit next year.
To counter this, he suggests an attack on running costs, with extension of one-man opera tion, and a flat fare rate with, perhaps, automatic ticket collection, for evenings and Sundays.
