Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RIEVISED requirements will apply to trolley vehicles submitted to the Ministry of Transport for approval after the issue of a new Memorandum (now on safe) on the form, construction, dimensions and weight of trolley vehicles and their electrical equipment.

Amendments and decisions announced since the Memorandum was last revised in 1948 are incorporated, and various further amendments have been made. Most of these are designed to bring the requirements into line as far as possible with the current regulations for public service vehicles.

A new appendix has been added recommending methods for the construction and installation of apparatus to be used in metal frame trolley vehicles. Direction indicators and stop lights are made compulsory under the provisions of the new Memorandum.
