Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The new feature, at. the forthcoming meet and parade of commercial-motor vehicles and tractors, which will be held, on the 21st May, in the square which bounds Lincoln's Inn Fields, will he the marshalling of vehicles and tractors aceording to a " group " scheme. The ample space available favours this development, and there are likely to be several interesting corollaries. For example, there is talk of a Challenge Cup for the owner who sends the best-turned-out and smartest group of six vans or lorries, and it goes without saying that a fine spirit of emulation might thus be created. Next, we are told, there is every likelihood that a unique cinematograph record will be obtained, and one that should provide instructive comparisons. Already, too, intimations have reached the offices of the Association at Caxton House, to the effect that some of our leading makers intend to co-operate this time; last year, it may be recalled to mind, only the Lacre Cll. offered special prizes for drivers of its machines, the point of merit selected being " the smallest percentage of lost mileage." Finally, owing to the convenient outlook and propinquity, it is probable that a luncheon at the Inns of Court Hotel will precede the assembly, and that may furnish a welcome opportunity for country members of the Association to make the closer acquaintance of town members.
