Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Suggestions by the hundred are pouring into the Cardiff offices of the Confederation of British Industry and the judges (fine literary men including Max Boyce, soccer manager Mike England and Welsh Tourist Board chairman Prys Edwards) are keeping mum.

It is now too late for any more suggestions. Those without any chance of winning whatsoever include my own little gems among which are Lloyd Bridge, A Bridge Too Far, Ivor The Bridge and The Severn Suspension Tunnel As long as it stays up there I don't really mind what they call it.
