One cycle consists of: Three laps non-stop of outer circuit at 48, 64 and 80 km/h 6 (30, 40 and 50 mph) 6 Three laps of same with two stops per mile 6 Three laps of same with six stops per mile Three laps of Snake Hill circuit involving changing down to 6 1st gear on 1 in 6.25 hill and stopping four times a mile Two sets of figures-of-eight on maximum lock in each direction at 16 km/h (10 mph) and four passes of 1 inch 2 blocks
