Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW single-axle drawbar dolly featuring a solidly mounted coupling plate and a hinged Aframe which can be temporarily locked for easier dolly/semi trailer coupling will be shown at Earls Court (stand no 31) by George Neville Truck , Equipment.

A hinged flip-over screw is mounted on the A-frame and it is swung over and dropped into a slot in the dolly to fix the A-frame in position. Turning the screw sleeve, by a fixed Tommy bar, alters the position of the frame relative to the dolly which can then be manipulated by the operator to the correct attitude for straightforward coupling under a semi-trailer.

The dolly is mounted on Rubery Owen multi-leaf spring running gear and a load-sensing valve for its axle is included in the three-line air brake equipment.

The A-frame has safety tie-bars which connect the towing eye to the frame hinges to safeguard against frame failure should it be bent in an accident. An extendible support prop is provided for the A-frame.
