Mr lnsch is also appointed md of GKN Centrax Gears Ltd and of Vermillion Engineers Ltd.

D. R. Haywood, former director of Salisbury Transmissions now becomes director and general manager of Centrax Gears and Vermillion Engineers. P. W. Atherton and T. H. Millward, sales director and technical director respectively of Salisbury Transmissions, are appointed directors of Centrax Gears and Vermillion Engineers. D. T. Hibbard, director, controller and secretary of GKN Transmissions Ltd is to join the supervisory board of Nordiska Kardan AB, Sweden, and A. A. Halsiman, deputy chairman and md of Hardy Spicer Ltd, is to be appointed to Nordiska Kardan's board of management. Stanley Cox, former director and general works manager of Crossley Premier Engines Ltd, has been appointed manufacturing director of Rolls-Royce Motors' Diesel Division. Frank Cook, formerly with Mirrlees Blackstone Ltd becomes supplies director of the Division, Michael J. Jeffery, former sales manager for Nightingale. Engineering Ltd, is to become sales manager for W. J. Boyes and Son Ltd, south eastern distributors for ERF. Brian Whittaker becomes service manager of the company's Orsett depot.
