Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Among a number of new developments to be shown by the York Trailer Co. Ltd. at Earls Court will be a combination container carrier which will serve either as a 40ft-long tandem-axle unit or which will divide in halves to form two 20ft-long single-axle units. The model will be known as the Two Twenty and will be shown carrying a York Tanktainer and an aluminium dry freight container.

Thc forward portion of the Two Twenty has a sliding bogie which, when the two chassis frames are locked together, slides back along the second frame to form a widespread tandem-axled bogie with the running gear of the rear unit.

New among components shown by York will be a shunting fifth-wheel which automatically lifts trailers as it is coupled, making the raising of landing gear unnecessary during shunting operations.

York announces a licensing agreement with the American Heil tanker builder under which York will be building and marketing a range of York /Hell tanks in the UK. A 5,240gal single-compartment unit manufactured in stainless steel and mounted on a York widespread bogie will be on show. It is claimed to weigh only 5 tons I cwt and will be priced at £4,140.
