Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• All aspects of international freight transport and handling will be covered at the Ports and Terminals International Freighting Exhibition and Conference, to be staged at Belle Vue, Manchester, from April 14-18 1969. The conference will be chaired by Sir Alexander Glen, past chairman of the Export Council for Europe and chairman of H. Clarkson and Co., the big London transport group.

There will be no formal papers from the many prominent transport personalities addressing the conference but a series of confrontations between "providers" and "users" will take place in sessions devoted to particular aspects of transport. Before the summing up there will be a special "crystal ball" session in which experts will survey the future,
