LITTLEWOODS IS offering a f10,(XX) reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a gang who overpowered security staff at a Manchester depot before using their own tractor units to steal three loaded trailers.
The theft took place in the early hours of 3-4 July at a site in Little Huston, Manchester. The first tractor used in the raid is described as a white Scania 113, possibly X or Y-reg: the second was a white Volvo FL12; the third was a white ERF E220.
Security operations director Mike Marshall says:" I am appealing to any CM readers who have any information about the theft, such as where the loads were taken, to come forward.
All calls will he treated in the strictest confidence.
"1 am also willing to travel to meet anyone anywhere in the UK to discuss this he adds.
