Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Daihatsu has confirmed that one of its four-wheel-drive mini-jeeps rolled over at low speed during Department of Transport stability tests (CM 29 September-5 October).

The crash has temporarily reprieved the Suzuki SJ410 and SJ413 vehicles, which were the primary targets of the test. The Consumers' Association says the Suzukis are even

more prone to rolling over than the Daihatsu.

Peter Frater of Daihatsu says the crash vehicle is a secondhand model supplied by the Consumers' Association and he doubts its mechanical soundness.

The association says its engineers have approved the car, which has only 12,000km on the clock.
