Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FOLLOWING a successful nine-month pilot scheme in Scotland and Wales with 47 of its dealers, Ford is now offering a "lifetime guar out on light commercial vehicles antee" on certain repairs carried up to Transit size.

The scheme will be offered by 500 of its main car and truck specialist dealers, and covers those repairs involving genuine Ford or Motorcraft parts. Should a repair carried out by a dealer covered under the scheme need attention, the dealer concerned will carry out the work again at no extra cost in either parts or labour. Ford claims that various types of operators, including those with older vehicles, will find the scheme advantageous.

Should a guaranteed repair fail on an older van, Ford Lifetime dealers will reimburse the owner the full cost of the original repair if they find that genuine Ford or Motorcraft parts are no longer available.
