FOUR enthusiasts — two Leyland men, a local government officer and a student — are forming the Guy Owners Club. Anyone who is interested in the products of the old Wolverhampton company is welcome to join, whether he owns one or not.
The Leyland men are Basil Hancock, proprietor of a Guy Wulfrunian and acting chairman, and Phil Rogers, archivist and acting joint secretary, who also owns a Guy. The other acting joint secretary and treasurer, Bill Rivett, is partowner of an Arab IV. The fourth club founder, S. Read, is a student and a member of Blackburn Bus Group, who, no doubt, hopes one day to get his hands on one of these desirable properties.
B. W. Rivett, 73 Azelea Road, Blackburn, would be pleased to hear from any Guy buff.
