BRITISH Association Owner Drivers secretary l■ Wells has warned that ov drivers risk being classe( cowboys if they stay out the association.
He warned that the un were likely to take act against disreputable opera and clearing houses while BAUD was fast being re( nised as a responsible or isation.
"These disreputable op tors and the clearing hot have had a good run and t have destroyed the g image of the professic driver," he said.
Mr Wells added that ti was no longer any excuse not applying to beer members of the associal now that the association it would accept individ members.
"Those who don't join ar for a rough time," said Wells.
