WELSH Secretary of State John Morris has ordered a public inquiry into proposals for a Bangor by-pass.
It will be held at Penrhyn Castle, in Bangor, beginning at 10.30 am on November 21.
The proposals affect the line of the A5, A55, and A487 trunk roads.
