THE company name of AiIse Trucks Ltd—UK concessionaire for Volvo Trucks—is to change this month.
Volvo Trucks (Great Britain) Limited is the new name for the company wlich, since its formation in 1967, has changed dramatically. From being solely an importer organ isation, the company has developed to embrace: assembly of trucks from both locally and Swedish sourced components: design and engineering consultancy to Volvo Gothenburg and Ghent (Belgium) Plants: vehicle modification activities; and design and manufacture of integral buses. The company's bus division will retain the name AiIse Bus Ltd.
The two wholly owned distributorships within the group will continue to trade under the name of AiIse Trucks (Northern) Ltd at Barrhead, Glasgow, and AiIsa Trucks (Heathrow) Ltd at Ashford. Middlesex.
