Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ON page 32 of your 22 September issue is an announcement by one of our dealer friends concerning the setting up of a braking and plating advice bureau.

Their spokesman said he believed they were the first commercial vehicle dealers'in Britain to tackle this Major headache for the road transport industry.

For the record, our Group Transport Advisory Bureau, staffed by experts, has been functioning for some time now with great success and without charge or obligation to the consumer. It not only gives unbiased information on legislation including braking and plating regulations but also operating costs, weight distribution, specifications including bodies, technical data, etc., and embraces vans and British-made cars.

We have made no previous public announcement or to the trade as our primary objective is to assist the vehicle operator by direct contact.
