THE TRANSPORT HOLDING COMPANY has purchased from the Proprietors of Hay's Wharf Ltd. its subsidiary company Pickfords and Hay's Wharf Shipping and Forwarding Co. Ltd. Mr. H. W. Elliott has succeeded Sir David Burnett as chairman of the acquired company.
