Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

For street-cleansing purposes, the type of road sprinkler, sweeper and collector made by Karrier Motors, Ltd., of Huddersfield, has already achieved considerable popularity, but its useful

ness is not confined to municipal work alone. For instance, in railway depot yaids, where litter and refuse rapidly accumulate, this type of machine is also proving its capabilities. The model shown in the picture reproduced on this page is employed for work of this kind by the Great Western Railway. It is a standard machine with a load capacity of approximately 2 tons, and the picture shows the three rotor cases through which the refuse travels upwards, the top rotor precipitating it into the body. The brush-lifting gear, which is set further back, is also shown, whilst the transverse sprinkler tube is to be seen at a point below the radiator.
