The following motion appears in the name of the Right Hon. Sir Robert Sanders, Bart., M.P., as No. 14 on the agenda paper for this week's conference in Brighton of the National Union of Conservative and Unionist Associations :—" That, in the opinion of this conference, the fundeof the Road Board should under no circumstances be diverted to purposes other than those relating to the maintenance and construction of roads."
