ORDERS for goods and passenger vehicles to a total value of £544,687 have been received by Guy Motors, Ltd., within the past month or so. More than half of this total is represented by export demands.

Singapore Traction Co., Ltd., have ordered 40 Arab single-deckers; Uniao de Transportadores para lmportacao e Commcrcio, Ltda., Portugal, 22 passenger vehicles; and 20 vehicles are to be sent to South Africa and another 18 to East Africa.

NEW SCOTTISH DAILY SERVICES

DAILY haulage services from Aberdeen to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, and Manchester, and other services to many Scottish and English destinations, have been started by Charles Alexander and Partners (Transport), Ltd. Offices have been established in Aberdeen, Peterhead and Fraserburgh, and arrangements arc being made for a major Glasgow depoi to deal with the traffic.
