HE SURFACE transport corn'thee of Merseyside Chamber f Commerce has added its Ace to complaints over police rocedures when dealing with le tachograph.
It was reported that police fficers have the right to deland a tachograph disc at any me, that they can keep it as ,ng as they wish and that they T not obliged to provide a :ceipt.
If the disc were replaced by le officer he need not sign the sc to show it had been tempoirily removed at his request.
