Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A MOBILE laboratory for the electrical toils division of Wakefield-Dick Industrial Oils. Ltd., has been built by Scattorn, Ltd., Kingston Road, New Malden, Surrey. It was designed in collaboration with Wimbledon Motor Works, Ltd, 29 High Street, London, S.W.19. it is based on an Austin 5-ton oil-engined chassis and will be used to carry out water-content tests in transformer oils before and after the dehydration process.

An unusual method has been applied to handling reels of heavy-duty cable, which are carried inside the body. These reels weigh 8 cwt. each and the cable is used to take current to the dehydration plant. which is mounted on a trailer towed behind the vehicle.

The reels are latched to swinging arms which act about another arm, which is hydraulically operated. Mechanisms for setting the reels inside are controlled from a panel inside the entrance on the near side.

A reversible rotary pump driven from a power take-off is fitted behind the skirt, and 300 ft. of 2-in, hose is stowed under the floor. Storage tanks with a capacity of 200 gal, are installed for making good any loss incurred during dehydration.
