Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE first of 24 new double-deckers was

put into service last week by the Ulster Transport Authority. It has a front entrance divided by a handrail so that passengers for the upper deck may use the forward gangway and those for the lower the other. The bus is stated to be the first double-decker in Ireland in which passengers will enter under the supervision of the driver.

A feature of the body, built by the U.T.A. engineering depot at Belfast on a Leyland chassis, is a boot with space for large prams. The bodywork is of steel and aluminium. The vehicle cost over £4.000 and can carry 67 people.
