AN inquiry which was to have been held by the Metropolitan Licensing Authority on Monday into operations by J. Edwards and Sons (The Commercial Motor, February 20) was abandoned when the concern voluntarily offered to surrender three vehicles on B licence because they had not been used,
The Authority decided to remove the vehicles under Section 10(3) of the Road and Rail Traffic Act. 1933.
