at the Cedars Industrial Estate in Coleshill, Birmingham, subject to the following conditions and undertakings: • all authorised vehicles and trailers using the operating centre shall not, whether loaded or unloaded, exceed a height that prevents them from passing beneath the railway bridge on Coton Road, next to the northern entrance of the Cedars Industrial Estate; w authorised vehicles and trailers shall only leave and enter the Cedars Industrial Estate by the northern entrance next to the railway bridge; • vehicles entering and leaving the Cedars Industrial Estate via the northern entrance shall turn right on to Coton Road to avoid the passage of vehicles through the village of Whitacre Heath; and • no scheduled or routine vehicle maintenance shall take place at the operating centre.
