• A public inquiry on 6 June will look at disciplinary action against David Olver, based in Liskeard.
• Disciplinary action against Tiverton-based Rapid Hire will be looked at on 7 June at a Pl. On the same day, Rapid Hire (SW), also based in the town, will submit a new application.
• On 9 July, a PI will consider disciplinary action against Waite and Son (Haulage), based in Southampton.
• Tim Whitehead Stonemasons, based in Lostwithiel, will make a new application at an inquiry on 12 June.
• On 17 June, a PI will look at disciplinary action against New Milton-based Geoff Kilbey Plant and Commercial. The transport manager's repute will also be discussed.
• The TC will consider disciplinary action against Lima Gas, from Southampton, at a PI on 18 June. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
Birmingham • Paul Lee Harrison, trading as J&M Potatoes, based in Stafford, will attend a PI on 17 June, where disciplinary action will be discussed.
