David Beacock will undertake the CPC course in July and will, if successful, become transport manager for all Den Hartogh UK licences by the end of August 2013. If unsuccessful, he will provide an alternative proposal; • Den Hartogh will put in place a system to ensure that all drivers have a face-to-face debrief with the transport manager or someone working on his behalf at least every 21 days. Records will be kept and made available to the traffic commissioner, or to Vosa on the traffic commissioner's behalf, on request.
