• The case against Cumbria-based livestock haulier T Bell and Sons was adjourned for the second time last week at Carlisle magistrates court following a request from solicitors.
Bell directors Ian Geoffrey Bell and Mark Lesley Bell and 11 drivers face nearly 100 tachograph, hours and record summonses (CM 25 April-1 May).
The men are now set to face the summonses on Friday 28 June.
