Ihave just read the article on LGV eyesight tests in this week's edition and your survey makes interesting reading. It suggested that 24,000 drivers will lose their livelihoods against the Government's predicted number of 3.000 following the introduction of the unfair and discriminatory law
I also have been fighting the changes, helped by many organisations including the Transport & General Workers Union, David Chidgey MP, Graham Allen MP and the media.
Your recent articles on this matter are much appreciated; please keep up your good work and help save these mens' licences. It is at times like these we really appreciate a free press and the democracy in which we live.
