Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE HIGH COST of sterling denominated components and downturn in the British and Irish markets have taken their toll o Ireland's only lorry manufacturer, Dennison Trucks. The company has stopped manufacturing, except for special err ers, and has moved from its Rathcoole base in Co. Dublin to share site with Volvo distributor Irish Commercials. It will continue t supply spares and service.

Dennison had earned a good reputation over the past five year since the sale of the trailer assembley end to Crane Fruehauf.. It reputation as an "Irish manufacturer" stemmed from the relativel large number of Irish-made components such as filler caps, seE. linings and glass. Several semi-state companies such as Bord n Mona (the turf board) were among its best customers.

The final nail in the company's coffin was the slump in the Britis market. The company had hoped to crack this market when it arrive ast year with its much acclaimed tipper, but it failed to generate th IRf2m (£1.54m) it hoped to earn on the British market.
