ICESTER City Transport is inning a special bus network the disabled, and hopes to ve three buses in service by rly next year.
3eneral manager Geoffrey Hilch announced this week that -en 22-seat single-deckers are be placed on special routes )m around February next year. Hand-picked crews will staff le buses, all of which will have driver and a conductor, and the .hicles will operate on different Rites each day.
