Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TATE AND LYLE Transport has given its London-based drivers a 6.25 per cent wage increase, taking basic pay to £85 a week.

This is a £5-a-week increase for the 110 drivers, who are divided into shop delivery and tanker drivers. The former category gets a flat-rate productivity bonus which, provided all deliveries are completed, gives a guaranteed weekly pay of £108 for 50 hours.

Tanker drivers' productivity payments are based on job values, and are calculated on £2.45 per hour overtime rates for all hours qualifying for time-anda-half, and £3.25 an hour for double-time work.

There is a 53p per hour night rate for permanent night drivers, drivers on two-shift working get an extra £8.50 a week, and drivers on three shift working get an extra £13 a week.
