TROUBLE-SHOOTING proarmne designed to identify, ana;e and solve product problems curring with Volvo trucks or v has been announced by Ailsa ucks Ltd. The scheme will den the scope of the existing trranty-claim-based system beuse feed-back from distr:butors, :t operators and field engineers 11 be included in the analysis. Two forms, th: Product Problem and the Ranking Report, will be used to report truck problems cons:dered to be the result of manufacture or design. Summaries of the problems and recommended remedies will be circulated to all distributors and dealers and, when necessary, the information will be relayed back to Volvo for further action.
