Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Are we heading for a change to full-pressure hydraulic braking on heavy commercials? Several coats have been trailed on the subject, and throughout the industry I find interest expressed in the subject. One company not ten thousand miles from the Midlands is, I believe, thinking of the attendant advantages of high-pressure hydraulics, such as having a central reservoir of stored energy which can be used for brakes, power steering, auxiliaries and such chores as demountable body lifting.

Some way off, perhaps, but an intriguing thought.
