• The Council of Ministers of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport (ECFVIT) will meet on June 11. in Stockholm.
The Council will examine the various problems involved in general transport policy, with a view to determining guidelines for the work of the Conference on this matter.
Among main items on the agenda are:
O preparation of an agreement concerning working conditions and rest periods for drivers of coaches or commercial vehicles;
O development of container transport and the various problems arising therefrom: O preparation of a European Agreement on road traffic and road signs and signals, supplementing the World Convention concluded in Vienna in November 1968.
