Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PROMINENT KENT haulage firm S&S Distribution has just completed an i800.(X)0 overhaul of its fleet and livery.

The Tonbridge-based haulier will take delivery of a Daf 75CF 6x2 rigid in the coming weeks, the last of a batch of new vehicles that includes six four-wheel Mercedes Axor rigids, two Daf 95XF tractor units and a pair of Daf 85CF tractor units. Additionally it has invested in 11 new trailers; a mixture of double-deck and regular curtainsiders, all equipped with SAF rear steering. Director Ken Sanderson says: "Our whole fleet is equipped with rear steering. It's more expensive up front but if you're keeping the trailer for more than five years it pays for itself through reduced tyre wear."
