▪ Spanish permits, the la ones remaining on an allocation system, will no longer be rationed to UK hauliers, says the Department of Transport. The Dip will continue to monitor usage to make sur the best use is made of Spanish quota permits, an hauliers applying for the first time will still have to provide proof of work with the application.
